Joining the program

The program is currently available to participants in the United States. Use a verified email address, provide accurate account information, and accept these terms before joining. Your affiliate account is separate from a Connect Streetwear shopper account.

Trial and membership

Your trial starts when you join and runs for 30 days. Eligible referrals earn 5% during the trial. The first 30 days are free and do not require a card. A paid membership costs $29.99 per month (regular price $59.99) and earns 10% while your account is eligible. Membership is a recurring subscription managed through Stripe. Review its checkout and billing terms before paying, and manage or cancel it through Membership.

Your account shows your current earning access. A payment redirect or billing return page does not by itself confirm an active subscription. When trial or paid access ends, new commissions stop until eligible access resumes. Existing commission records stay visible. All registered participants can access Payouts and complete payout setup. You do not need a paid membership to receive previously earned eligible commissions.

Monthly mystery boxes

Each successfully paid monthly membership period includes one mystery box of staff-selected products with a combined regular retail value of at least $100, and free shipping to a valid US address. The free trial does not include a box. Box contents vary and the retail value is not a cash payment or store credit. Provide and maintain your shipping address in Membership. Failed, unpaid, prorated, or refunded membership payments do not qualify for a new box. Canceling stops future renewals and future boxes; already earned boxes remain in your account. Contact support about an address change after a box has been sent to the warehouse.

Referral links and attribution

Use the links created by your account. A link may lead to any valid published page on the Connect Streetwear storefront. The most recent valid referral link receives credit for seven days after the visit. Attribution uses a first-party cookie in the same browser while referral tracking is enabled. There is no credit across devices, referral-code fallback, or manual assignment of an unattributed purchase.

Expired or invalid links do not extend a previous referral. If the shopper turns off referral tracking or clears their browser storage, attribution may be lost. Commissions depend on verified storefront attribution and a successful customer payment.

How commissions are calculated

Commissions are calculated from the eligible merchandise amount after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Each order records the commission rate that applied to it. Returned, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or otherwise ineligible merchandise can reduce or reverse commissions, including commissions already paid. These changes are recorded in your ledger. A recovery or debit can make the approved balance negative. Future earnings first cover that balance before another payout becomes eligible.

Approval and payouts

Commissions remain pending during the 14-day return window after full order delivery is confirmed, and while an unresolved return, refund, or payment issue places the order on hold. Eligible commissions then become approved. Registered participants can complete payout setup through Stripe. Automated payouts are scheduled weekly on Mondays when approved earnings reach $20 and your Stripe payout account is ready. For help, contact support@connectstreetwear.com.

Complete the identity and bank requirements requested by Stripe. Transfers remain in flight until bank payment is confirmed. Bank timing, failed payments, open reviews, and required verification may delay a payout. A transfer to Stripe is not proof that your bank has received the funds. You are responsible for your own applicable tax obligations.

Sharing responsibly

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission close to each recommendation. For example: “I earn a commission if you shop through this link.” Do not make misleading claims, impersonate Connect Streetwear, send unsolicited spam, misuse customer information, or manipulate visits, orders, payments, or attribution.

We may review activity, correct errors, suspend program access, or hold commissions while investigating abuse or unresolved payment issues. Contact support if you believe an account or balance decision is incorrect.

Customer shopping and privacy

The customer's purchase is governed by the storefront's Terms & Conditions, Returns & Exchanges, and other published shopping policies. These program terms do not change customer checkout, delivery, or return rights.
