Your account information

We use your verified email, program country, accepted terms, account status, membership, and referral activity to operate the program. We use your name and US shipping address to prepare and deliver earned monthly mystery boxes. Authorized warehouse staff and shipping providers receive the details needed to fulfill those boxes. Amazon Cognito handles sign-in and email verification. Google handles authentication if you choose Google sign-in. Your browser stores essential sign-in information for your session.

Referral and earnings records

We record valid referral visits and the commissions attributed to paid orders. Your account shows order numbers, dates, merchandise amounts, commission rates, reversals, and balances. It does not expose shopper names, contact information, delivery addresses, payment credentials, or other shopper account details.

The shopping site enables first-party referral tracking automatically for US visitors unless they turn off optional or referral cookies. Global Privacy Control disables Google and Meta advertising tracking; first-party referral attribution continues unless you explicitly opt out of it. Outside the US, or when location is unknown, referral tracking requires a saved cookie acknowledgment. The referral cookie lasts for up to seven days from the latest valid referral visit and is cleared when referral tracking is disabled. It does not join identity across devices or create a separate customer affinity profile.

Billing and payout providers

Stripe processes membership billing and collects identity, tax, and bank details needed for payout setup. Those details are entered directly with Stripe. We use the resulting account readiness, requirements, billing status, transfer status, and confirmed payout status to operate your account and keep balances accurate.

Staff access and retention

Authorized staff can review affiliate accounts, earnings, and payout records to support the program, resolve errors, reconcile commerce activity, and investigate abuse. Account actions and balance corrections are recorded for audit. We retain program records as needed for payments, accounting, tax obligations, disputes, and program administration.

Your choices and questions

You can sign out, manage membership through Stripe, and contact support@connectstreetwear.com about your information or program account. Financial or legal records may need to be retained even after an account closes. The storefront's Privacy Policy covers customer shopping.
